One of the must-do attractions of Osaka is the iconic Umeda Sky Building, offering panoramic city views and unforgettable sunsets!

Umeda Sky Building is one of the most popular destinations in Osaka. Particularly around sunset, people flock in the hundreds and thousands to queue up for the magical views that can be enjoyed at the rooftop observatory deck!
Intricate Design

The Umeda Sky Building boasts a unique architectural design that resembles the Petronas Towers in Malaysia. Two 175-meter-tall skyscrapers are connected by several portals that allow its inhabitants to travel between each tower.
One cannot help but wonder about the gaping hole in the roof of the building. This is where thousands gather daily to enjoy the spectacular views of Osaka City from the Umeda Sky Building’s observation deck.
Unique Escalator Experience

Going up the escalators toward the observation deck is an adventure in itself. It’s quite exhilarating to experience Umeda Sky Building’s architectural prowess in full flight as you travel between the two skyscrapers. The views from side to side are quite fantastic as well and you can enjoy the feeling of ascension as you go higher and higher above Osaka City.
Stunning City Views

Indeed, the views from the observation deck are quite stunning. Japan’s natural landscape featuring long and vast rivers and mountain ranges combines brilliantly with the concrete jungle of a compact society. From one building to another, it’s easy to appreciate the architectural integrity that goes into constructing a city bound by mountains when you’re at this altitude.
Breathtaking Sunsets

Just when you think things can’t get any more aesthetic, the magical Osaka sunset takes place. Glowing up the entire city in a peaceful orange ambiance, the body of water from Osaka Bay reflects the light brilliantly to give us a harmonic blend of nature’s beauty and man’s architectural accomplishments.
