5 exclusive items from Daily Yamazaki you won’t get at 7-Eleven

Daily Yamazaki is the baked goods specialist of the convenience store world. Here are 5 exclusive items you won’t find at other combinis!

1. Milk For Bread

This rather unique brand of milk literally does not exist anywhere outside of Daily Yamazaki. Truthfully, it’s certainly not the best Japanese milk brand I’ve ever tasted, but perhaps it truly shines when eaten with bread, after all, it does boast the name “Milk for Bread.”

2. Croquette & Yakisoba Roll

Perhaps my favorite exclusive item from Daily Yamazaki is this absolutely loaded sandwich known as the “Croquette & Yakisoba Roll.” You can usually buy a croquette roll or a yakisoba roll from standard convenience stores, but here you get the best of both worlds with this saucy sandwich encompassing fried yakisoba noodles and a crisp potato croquette!

3. Teriyaki Chicken & Egg Sandwich

Also part of the Yamazaki Best Selection varieties is this “Teriyaki Chicken & Egg” sandwich. While you can typically get this type of egg sandwich at any convenience store, the Daily Yamazaki version is quite unique in its thicker cuts of chicken breast and reduced amount of teriyaki sauce, making it a far healthier option packed with protein goodness!

4. French Toast

Another item that you can get at any combini that Daily Yamazaki simply does better is French Toast. As a specialist in baked goods, you can find all types of fresh bread, cakes, and cookies at this rare convenience store, truly living up to its name as a producer of baked goods made fresh daily.

5. Ohayo Milk (3.5%)

Of course, if you are planning to visit Japan, you’ll need a way to get around the country as efficiently and affordably as possible. Japan Rail provides an abundance of travel passes to suit your travel needs. So whether you are traveling individually or as a group, the JR Pass is every traveler’s go-to for getting around and making the most of your time in Japan!
