Soft Cream House is the name of this cute little store at Shiroi Koibito Park, serving up soothing hot chocolate in Sapporo’s winter time!

Shiroi Koibito Park is the chocolate factory of Hokkaido, located in Sapporo accessed via Miyanosawa station on the Tozai line. From museums to chocolate cafes and dazzling Christmas lights, it checks all the boxes of a winter wonderland.
Hot Chocolate, Coffee & Ice Cream

Offering a variety of desserts including hot chocolate drinks, iced coffee floats, and creamy soft serve cups, there’s something for everyone!
It may seem strange to have ice cream in the snow, but it has a surprising effect of keeping you warm as your body tries to warm up to digest the cold ice cream.
It also helps that your ice cream won’t melt in this kind of weather, making it easy to walk around with it and eat it as slowly as you like!
The set-up of this Soft Cream House shop is pretty cool with a European snow village look. You can easily order from the ticket machine by inserting cash and pressing the button of your desired menu item.
Original Chocolate Drink
If it’s your first time at Shiroi Koibito Park, I recommend trying their classic hot chocolate drink.
Known as Shiroi Koibito Park Original Chocolate Drink, it encapsulates the essence of this establishment with its signature chocolate.
By keeping things simple and giving you a taste of this branded chocolate without interference, you can experience the purity of Shiroi Koibito Park’s flavors.
