Ranking Lawson’s parfait flavors from worst to best

Convenience stores in Japan are known for their incredible range of delicious goods. Here are my rankings for Lawson’s parfait desserts!

Lawson is one of the big 3 combinis in Japan alongside 7-Eleven and Family Mart. Each combini has its own unique branded products, and in Lawson’s case, their classic parfait dessert varieties are a big hit!

1. Choco-Mint

Starting with the worst of the three, we have the chocolate mint flavor which, despite its position on my ranking list, is still a banger in its own right.

Resembling something like an Oreo McFlurry from McDonald’s, it’s built with refreshing cool mint ice cream and chunky chocolate biscuit pieces sprinkled on top and throughout.

2. Chocolate-Vanilla

Next is a flavor you surely cannot go wrong with, combining two favorites into an enriching and sweet chocolate-vanilla combination that leaves you yearning for more.

Like the mint-chocolate edition, you get a generous helping of crushed chocolate biscuit bits all throughout, and the parfait is structured in layers that keep the chocolate and vanilla ice cream exclusive.

3. Strawberry Cheesecake

I am not even a fan of strawberry flavor, so the fact that the strawberry cheesecake parfait made the top spot of my little list here is quite astronomical.

Made with a fresh vanilla ice cream decorated in smooth strawberry dressing on top of a layer of crushed pieces of cheesecake crust, this is by far Lawson’s highest quality parfait and among the best desserts in Japan I’ve ever had!
