Frying Guide
On each table is a frying guide provided to give you all the safety information and cooking instructions to get started.
Cooking time varies based on the type of food, for instance, eggplant takes about 1 minute to cook while beef and chicken take up to 3 minutes to complete.
The guide also shows you how to batter your ingredients and add the breadcrumbs so that your skewers are ready for deep-frying!
Easy as 1, 2, 3!
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Simply cover your skewer in batter and panko breadcrumbs and give it a dip in the hot oil in the center of the table.
Listen to the sizzling sound of your kushikatsu coming to life as the batter hardens and the crumbs turn crunchy!
If you consider yourself an expert cook, you can try frying multiple skewers at once to make the most of the time limit!
Delicious Kushikatsu Ready to Eat!
Upon completion, you may rest your kushikatsu skewers on the drainage holes surrounding the cooking pot.
This will allow excess oil to drip off your food and also gives them a chance to cool down, because they come out piping hot!
